CUSTOMER-PROVIDED CUSTOM DISK IMAGE PREINSTALLATION

This service provides installation of a customer-provided custom disk image on one personal computer or notebook. It is intended for customers who want devices to be delivered with their own standardized software image already installed before delivery.

What is included

• Installation of a customer-provided custom disk image on one personal computer or notebook
• Use of the customer’s disk image solely for the purpose of performing the ordered preinstallation service

To perform the service, the customer must provide F9 Distribution Baltic Preinstallation Center with access to the disk image and the right to use it for the ordered installation.

Important notes

• This service does not include installation on servers or storage devices
• The service fee does not include the cost of any software licenses
• Preparation, modification, or creation of the custom disk image is not included in this service and must be agreed separately if required
• If the device is not supplied with a valid OEM Microsoft Windows license, a separate license must be provided
• This service does not apply to servers or storage systems

Lead time
The target lead time is 2–4 business days, depending on order size and service scope
